SOSHI COLLECTION 1

For me fashion is not just houses, runway or even streetwear and trends. It rests in a personal connection that seeps from generation to generation. Blending both cultural and personal experiences. My grandmother has come to define her own version of "fashion" throughout her life. Leaving home at 16 to work for a seamstress in Mexico and continuing her practice which she now relays to me. These techniques are not what's taught at Central Saint Martins instead it is years of personal experience. 

My goal is to create this collection WITH my grandmother. We have no idea what the silhouettes, materials or themes will be but this process WILL be documented until we have reached fashion weeks and our clothes rest on the backs of people all over the world.
